- iv whole green plantains
- one pound medium shrimp peeled & deveined
- 10 pieces chicharrónes
- 2 tbsp sofrito
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- i/3 loving cup onion chopped
- 8 oz lycopersicon esculentum sauce
- 1/2 cup h2o
- vegetable oil for frying
- cilantro for garnish
- common salt for taste

Begin by heating a medium frying pan of three teaspoons of oil. Add together the sofrito, garlic, and onion into the pan over high heat. Sauté and stir the ingredients for iii to five minutes.

Next, lower the heat to simmer and cascade the tomato sauce into the frying pan. Also, stir in the medium shrimp and water. Set bated and stir occasionally. Once shrimp are pink, place heat to everyman setting.
